Mimaki's premiere DTF printer, the "TxF150-75", has a whopping 80 cm printing width and is capable of producing DTF print transfer sheets. The printer's ink design utilizes aluminum packs in order to address problematic ink ejection defects and white ink clogging, along with the implementation of Mimaki's NCU and NRS technologies to ensure uninterrupted printing. Additionally, the printer features the "PHT50" heat transfer pigment ink, consisting of a five-color CMYK and white combination, which is expected to receive ECO PASSPORT certification by the close of March 2023, a requirement for obtaining the international safety standard for textile products known as "OEKO-TEX".
DTF printers have been notorious for facing issues with ink ejection defects and white ink clogging. The TxF150-75 printer by Mimaki offers a solution to two major issues faced by DTF printers, namely ink ejection defects and white ink clogging.
